John Chory is a healthcare consultant and professional architect with over 40 years of industry experience and is a registered architect in several states. His combined knowledge of design and planning permits him to demonstrate an objective understanding of an institution’s market, strategies, finances and operations with a thorough understanding of what can and cannot be done with their healthcare buildings. As a principal of Trinity, he approaches every planning engagement with the goal of helping healthcare organizations maximize the value of their healthcare dollars. John is actively involved on a national basis in the healthcare facilities planning industry, serving as a writer, researcher, speaker, juror and expert panelist.
Robert Gesing has served the healthcare industry for his entire professional career. Prior to establishing Trinity, he was vice president of health care for two of the nation’s largest healthcare design firms. For more than 30 years, he has provided analysis, programming, planning and design services on over 2,000 engagements for over 75 healthcare organizations throughout the US. Bob’s expertise includes strategic organizational development, market and operational analysis, clinical process of care design, programming and planning, financial pro forma, capital allocation analysis and design. His efforts have helped health systems throughout the country improve quality, decrease operational costs and effectively plan for the future.
A combined 20 years of designing and planning work have provided Ron Frissora experience in every area of architecture: from governmental, to office buildings and retail establishments to healthcare facilities. In the past 12 years, Ron has focused primarily on healthcare projects including some of the more complex jobs in the office.
His organizational skills and keen sense of detail has lead to highly accurate documents, time after time. Perhaps some of his greatest strengths are his ability to communicate effectively, establish rapport quickly, and cement trusting relationships with clients.
Working in healthcare for his entire career, Andrew has been an integral part of a multitude of projects through the many different stages of development and delivery. From planning and design to working through construction details, Andrew brings a highly adaptable skill set and diligence to each and every endeavor.
An integrative team player, Andrew is ready to take on the role needed, providing leadership and support. He enjoys meeting clients, problem solving and working in technical programs of CAD BIM and adobe graphic programs to produce optimum solutions. Andrew follows each project through to completion and his dedication is demonstrated in the details.
Allen’s propensity for efficiency and operational improvements has been the primary impetus for his approach to design. His previous experiences with Ecclesiastical space/program needs and assessments has established a solid foundation for his current work in health care. Allen’s MBA in Organizational Management has been indispensable in both healthcare design and business operations. At Trinity, he focuses his attention on improving processes and enhancing throughput and volume.
Dedicated to Healthcare, Daniel is involved with the full range of services from programming through construction. He excels in taking a project from initial planning stages to a fully functional and efficient facility. Having been involved with some of the largest projects at Trinity, Daniel thrives on taking complicated information and distilling it in a way that helps a client understand the present issues and make informed decisions based on the data available.
With over 30 years of professional architectural experience, James Tate joined Trinity with a desire to assist the healthcare industry with innovative yet highly functional planning and design. His strong organizational, communication and leadership skills provide a launching pad for excellent design detailing and project implementation. As manager of the architectural practice at Trinity, Jame’s combined healthcare and corporate experience provide an essential balance between understanding the unique and sensitive needs of patients while creating durable, enduring and cost-effective environments.
Brooke Michl-Smith has over 20 years of experience in architecture with a focus on healthcare design. Specializing in interior architecture and design, Brooke has managed and led integrated design teams for significant and sizable hospital projects. Brooke is an expert at gathering fundamental design direction from clients and effectively translating their vision into successful projects from design through construction.
