As Chief Financial Officer, Tracy is entrusted with ensuring NAC’s financial health and functionality. From developing financial strategies to mitigating risk to financial forecasting, she strives to facilitate the organization’s future and growth while overseeing the Company’s accounting practices and financial reporting. As part of the senior leadership team, Tracy is also a participant in determining NAC’s strategic direction and initiatives. She holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago and a BA from Indiana University.
